"ALTAI-LABS" LLC ("TimePay") respects your privacy. This policy describes what data we collect on timepay24.uz, how we use it, and how we protect it.

What data we collect

• Contact information (name, phone, email) submitted via contact forms
• Site usage data (IP, browser, pages) via analytics
• Account data when signing up to the application

How we use data

We use your data to provide services, respond to enquiries, improve the product and send service notifications. We do not sell or share data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Analytics and cookies

To understand how visitors use the site and to improve it, we use the analytics services below. They store cookies or similar data in your browser. Analytics data is pseudonymous: it is linked to a random identifier in your browser, not to your name or phone number, and is used only to improve the site.

• Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC, USA): aggregate usage and conversion statistics. Cookies: _ga, _ga_<id>.
• Yandex Metrica (YANDEX LLC): visit statistics, click and scroll maps, and Webvisor session recordings. Keystrokes in form fields are not recorded. Cookies: _ym_uid, _ym_d, _ym_isad and similar.
• PostHog (PostHog Inc., US cloud): product analytics such as funnels, heatmaps and scroll depth. Session recording is disabled. Cookie and localStorage entry: ph_<key>_posthog.

The name, phone number and company you enter in the demo request form are sent to the TimePay sales team only when you submit the form, and are used to contact you about the demo.

How to opt out of analytics:

• Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on
• Opt out of Yandex Metrica data collection
• Block or delete cookies and site data for timepay24.uz in your browser settings. This also stops PostHog from keeping its identifier.
